Telehealth, this is designated for individuals to process their thoughts and feelings, develop skills, and work towards their goals. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

General case consult on a variety of mental health disorders
30 mins | $75
Intake session/Diagnostic Assessment
Telehealth, completed in the first session, required before beginning therapy. Our therapist will complete a biopsychosocial assessment to provide a mental health diagnosis and determine initial needs.
up to 90 mins | $175
Letters for Medical Transition
Telehealth, for individuals looking for only mental health clearance/letters to proceed with medical transition and not seeking ongoing therapy. For those in ongoing therapy, please speak to your therapist about pricing for letters.
Package deal includes: diagnostic assessment, 2 follow up sessions*, and letter(s).

*Occasionally more than 2 follow up sessions are needed for evaluation, these would charged at our regular individual therapy rate.
